VS的智能提示速度非常慢，一般需要三四秒，换了种语言，发现好了一点点，但还不是正常的速度。
在网上疯狂搜索，什么关闭硬件图形加速、重置配置都没有作用，直到看到了下面的文章：

原来是前段时间装NVIDIA的CUDA的时候自动为VS安装了扩展，导致智能提示（IntelliSense）非常慢。卸载掉就好了。
根据网友的提示，这个问题已经在最新的Nsight Visual Studio Edition 2020.2.1 中修复了。
