如何注册爱沙尼亚海外公司？
- 什么是爱沙尼亚电子公民？参考：加入爱沙尼亚电子公民。
1、注册爱沙尼亚电子公民：Become an e-resident | Learn the Benefits & Apply，注册费是120欧元。
2、大概3周后会收到邮件：“数字身份证已到达爱沙尼亚驻北京大使馆，可以预约领取”。线上预约，然后到使馆现场签字、录指纹，领取卡片和读卡器（类似银行提供的U盾）。
3、激活卡片、安装ID-software（参考文档：Welcome - e-Residency）以使用爱沙尼亚政府提供各项在线服务，需要注意的是macOS版本的软件有问题，需要用Windows。安装ID-software后建议配置Smart-ID，这样就可以直接用手机认证登录，不需要用读卡器了。
4、选择服务商。注册公司需要提供当地的联系人和地址，服务商很多，参考评比：THE BEST ESTONIAN E‑RESIDENCY SERVICE PROVIDERS, COMPARED。我选的是Unicount，税前年费179欧元，使用优惠码xLk5wnaUlv可以减免25欧。
5、通过服务商的网站选名、填写公司信息，然后电子签名、付款，即可完成申请。注册速度很快，我下午2点钟提交申请，6点钟就收到了注册成功的邮件。
