近日Nextech AR Solutions宣布完成1000万加元私募融资。根据私募配售，Nextech AR Solutions将发行8，130，082股普通股和认股权证。该公司表示，将把配售净收入用于营运资金和一般公司用途，预计配售将于2022年1月25日前后完成。
据了解，Nextech AR Solutions总部位于温哥华，是加拿大一家为电子商务、AR学习应用、AR视频会议及虚拟活动提供AR解决方案的公司。
去年8月，Nextech AR Solutions以约100万美元的全股票交易收购了英国空间计算公司ARway Ltd，Nextech表示收购ARway将有利于其开发空间测绘平台，这是构建元宇宙至关重要的元素。
