速途元宇宙研究院2月11日讯 企查查APP显示，日前，杭州鼎燃科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为孙力，注册资本1000万元人民币，经营范围包含：互联网游戏服务；软件开发；物联网技术服务；科技中介服务；动漫游戏开发等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由华扬联众（603825）、上海燃麦网络科技有限公司、喜悦娱乐（杭州）股份有限公司共同持股。据悉，此前，三方签署战略合作协议，拟成立合资公司，探索元宇宙数字内容的制作和搭建。
