最高人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿罪、利用影响力受贿罪、滥用职权罪对蔡鄂生作出逮捕决定。
2月10日，最高人民检察院发布公告，原中国银行业监督管理委员会党委委员、副主席蔡鄂生涉嫌受贿、利用影响力受贿、滥用职权一案，由国家监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。日前，最高人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿罪、利用影响力受贿罪、滥用职权罪对蔡鄂生作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
