意大利家具集团 WeDo 收购意大利灯具照明品牌 Rotaliana
意大利家具控股公司 WeDo 2021年综合营收额达1.5亿欧元（较2020年增长18%），近日宣布收购意大利灯具照明品牌 Rotaliana 85%的股份，后者来自 Mezzolombardo（特伦托省），专门从事照明设计，拥有多项专利和产品款式。
随着此次收购的结束，WeDo 进入到照明设计领域，并有着双重的目标：得益于照明产品的特殊性，公司将扩大在数字销售渠道中的影响力，并在定制领域开发新的商机。
