2月9日消息，亚马逊当地时间星期二宣布将在全美推出Amazon Care的远程医疗服务。据悉，亚马逊于2019年推出试验性的Amazon Care，为西雅图总部及附近员工提供服务。报道称，Amazon Care计划今年晚些时候在包括纽约市、旧金山、迈阿密和芝加哥在内的20个城市推出这项服务。亚马逊称，将借新冠肺炎疫情带来的居家医疗服务需求激增拓展Amazon Care。
