欧盟计划投入数百亿欧元资助半导体行业

欧盟执委会计划以补助及国家援助措施提振欧洲的半导体投资。这项计划将投入数百亿欧元的公共和民间投资，加上资金缺口最高可获得公共资源100%支援，拥有较多资源的国家可能在这场补贴竞赛中占上风。2000 年时，欧洲占全球芯片产能比重为 24%，目前已降至 8%，芯片设备商艾司摩尔(ASML)警告，如果不采取行动，这个数字还可能会下降到4%。根据半导体产业协会(SIA)的数据，美国业者目前在芯片行业拥有 47% 的市场份额，其次是亚洲，而欧洲远远落后屈居第三。通过提供更多补贴以及国家支持，目前欧洲的芯片立法有助于解决这一问题，从而到 2030 年占据 20% 的全球产能。
