速途元宇宙研究院2月8日讯 有媒体报道称，软银集团以660亿美元将英国芯片业务ARM出售给英伟达公司的交易在周一以失败告终。此前，美国、英国和欧盟监管机构对这笔交易对全球半导体行业竞争的影响表示严重关切。
一名知情人士称，软银将获得高达12.5亿美元的“分手费”，正寻求在年底前通过首次公开招股(IPO)的形式摆脱ARM。这一失败交易将导致ARM管理层发生人事巨变，CEO西蒙·西格斯(Simon Segars)将被知识产权部门负责人雷内·哈斯(Rene Haas)取代。
