据外媒videocardz报道，AMD一位负责无限缓存模块设计的工程师，在其LinkedIn个人资料中披露，AMD Navi 3x系列GPU包括Navi 31、Navi 32、Navi 33三个版本，其中Navi 31/32都会同时采用5nm、6nm两种制造工艺，Navi 33则是6nm一种工艺。
另外，该工程是还参与了AMD下一代计算卡Instinct MI300项目，其制造工艺和现在的MI200一样都是6nm。
不过，有关未发布的GPU节点的信息已从配置文件中删除，不知道该系列显卡正式发布后是否如曝光消息一样，采用两种规格。
