Meta正式宣布Oculus更改为Meta 简化品牌架构

Meta的官网Oculus Blog今日正式宣布将Oculus的品牌名称更改为Meta，改变的原因是简化品牌架构。
因此，Oculus Quest from Facebook的品牌符号已更改为Meta Quest，这表明Oculus app未来会被Meta Quest app取代。此外，出售的VR头头显外包装盒上的名称印刷也将发生变化。
官方推特账号名称已更改为Meta Quest，对于此次Oculus品牌的消失，官方方面解释称，“虽然硬件的品牌符号会发生变化，但Oculus的精神将继续作为我们DNA的核心，比如为开发者提供的软件和工具等。”
