昨天已經看過市建局PDF文件。裡面有詳細介紹和所有設想效果圖，不過油旺重建這些設想是有生之年系列了，無20-30年都難以初步實現，這些建築物都突破山脊線，闖關城規會各項會議議程是個大難關度，業權分散收購難度大等...
