规划图RTSS。
年限方面海口在国土空间总体规划中已标明。鉴于三亚全封闭路权轨道交通明确属中远期规划，目前仅为道路预控阶段，因此年限延展至2050年。（反正都是画饼）
均采用市域/城际铁路骨架+中运量系统城市轨交拓展+区域观光有轨电车三层网
(因新规要求地铁（高/大运量系统）沿线中心城区人口密度3万人每平方公里以上，因此城市线路均拟按轻轨（中运量系统）设置。）
再看三大指标(2021)：
海口市
GDP：2057.09亿（都市圈2884亿）
财政收入：208.32亿（都市圈292.12亿）
城区人口：236.01万人（都市圈312.32万人）
三亚市：
GDP:835.36亿（都市圈1296亿）
财政收入：117.14亿（都市圈164.75亿）
城区人口：72.9万人（都市圈108.73万人）
