坐落于苏州工业园区桑田岛板块，总建筑面积20.3万方，建筑高度100.8米，属于桑田岛板块地标建筑。作为纳米城企业总部及高端研发基地，项目包含7个单体建筑，涉及4栋主要用于研发生产的5层厂房，1栋涵盖展厅、会议、办公、服务中心等功能的22层高层办公楼，1栋14层的孵化、研发办公、实验用建筑以及1栋多层餐饮与生活配套建筑, 建成后将为整个苏州纳米城创造更加舒适和多元化的创新创业环境。
