杭州回应对富阳区实行交通管制：防止疫情风险外溢

钛媒体App 2月1日消息，杭州市政府副秘书长毛根洪在杭州疫情防控新闻发布会上表示，经研究决定，从2022年1月31日16时30分起，对杭州市富阳区行政区域范围内的高速公路、国省道、县乡村道、轨道交通、水路等实施交通管制，人员、车辆实行只进不出，坚决防止风险外溢。对富阳区采取交通管制措施主要基于以下两点考虑：富阳区昨日新增11例，采取交通管制是为防止疫情风险外溢。此外，春节期间人员流动大，特别是富阳区本身人口基数也大，跟外界接触跟其他区县的联系也比较多，人员流动大了以后，存在疫情扩散风险，需要防范。
