2022年计划 - Gap year
2022，gap year。并不是像大学生一样离职怨尤，而是在新的一年，不再立学习计划和工作计划，努力把紧张的情绪松弛下来。
我觉得我已经把工作当作偶像了，病了，而且病的不轻。当任何因素阻挠我 deep work时，我就焦虑，于是我更加努力的向神祷告，求神给我一个“更加安静的房子，好可以安心工作。”
情绪越来越紧张，最终在噪音这个诱因下崩盘。崩盘之后，敏感的情绪持续发酵，一败涂地。
Gap year：
- 不要把工作当作偶像。
- 别惦记着往上爬。
- 别惦记着自己能实现什么了不起的成就。
- 听刘若郎的建议，去看心理医生，解剖一下自己，看看为什么让噪音搞的这么焦虑。
- 没有金刚钻，不揽瓷器活。和老板直言，自己只做一个 individual contributor，做不了任何管理工作。
- 允许自己在工作中不那么优秀。我这一辈子，就是个三流的程序员。赚钱 / 学习 /工作上，能有多少成就，就有多少，不再强求自己。
