钛媒体App 1月30日消息，日前，呷哺呷哺(0520.HK)旗下高端火锅品牌湊湊海外首店在新加坡开业，这可以视为呷哺集团宣布进军国际餐饮市场后的正式落子。据悉，未来5年，呷哺集团计划在新加坡布局50家门店，包含呷哺呷哺、湊凑、茶米茶、呷哺X等品牌。此外，围绕着东南亚市场，未来2年内，呷哺集团将在海外布局中央厨房等相关产业链。该产业链不仅供应国外市场，还将成为国内市场的海外中央厨房。
