中国也有权利阻止收购
还记得之前英伟达打算400亿美元收购Arm的消息吗？
据彭博社最新报道，英伟达准备放弃这件事了，因为它几乎毫无进展。
目前软银正计划筹备Arm的IPO，如果这桩收购不能完成，就将它上市。
事实上，这起收购案从最初就遭到了大量芯片企业和监管机构的反对，其中就包括不少Arm的客户，其中美国联邦贸易委员会更是提起诉讼，要求终止这项交易。
同时，欧盟反垄断监管机构也已经开始对英伟达收购Arm的交易进行调查，并在5月25日之前宣布结果。
即使这桩交易案获批，中国也有权利阻止这次收购。
