微软以 687 亿美元收购动视暴雪
微软将以每股 95 美元的价格全现金收购动视暴雪，包括动视暴雪的净现金在内，交易价值 687 亿美元。
根据彭博计算，此次收购溢价约 45%，股权价值约 740 亿美元。
Bobby Kotick 将继续担任动视暴雪的首席执行官。
一旦交易完成，动视暴雪业务将向微软游戏首席执行官 Phil Spencer 汇报。
交易预计将在 2023 财年完成，完成后将提高非 GAAP 每股收益。
交易已获得微软和动视暴雪董事会的批准。
