较大的“整体”并不总是与“部件”属于同一组，例如，“一群人”与“人”不属于同一个集合，否则你会范分类错误。

在复杂性系统思考中，整体和部分并不是像词语这样是一种严格的组合关系，整体由部分组合，整体还有一些特点不是部分所拥有的，而是代表它们关系的一些特征。
