Meta在英国面临约32亿美元集体诉讼：被控滥用市场支配地位
财经网科技1月14日讯，据新浪科技报道，Facebook母公司Meta在英国面临23亿英镑（约合32亿美元）的集体诉讼，原因是该公司被指控滥用其市场主导地位，利用了4400万用户的个人数据。
英国金融市场行为监管局（FCA）高级顾问、竞争法学者莉莎·洛夫达尔·戈姆森（Liza Lovdahl Gormsen）表示，她是代表2015年至2019年期间使用Facebook的英国人提起此案的。
该诉讼将由伦敦竞争上诉法庭（Competition Appeal tribunal）审理。诉讼称，Facebook通过强加不公平的条款和条件，要求消费者以交出宝贵的个人数据为代价使用该社交网络，从而赚取了数十亿英镑。
