针对部分用户无法刷出通信行程码一事，1月13日中午，中国电信回应称，因近期各地疫情防控压力增大，公司针对大数据行程卡相关设备进行紧急扩容，9点02分起，由于扩容设备测试造成部分地区用户调用大数据行程卡出现异常，9点50分已恢复正常。（澎湃）
