Description

This is something that's bugged me for a long time, but I figured I'd start a task to gather input before working on a patch.

Spectacle remembers the last-used capture mode in the combobox across launches. But when launched, it automatically takes a full-screen screenshot irrespective of what capture mode is selected!

This is somewhat annoying when you remember the last-used capture mode and are intending to take another similar screenshot that is dependent on some other behavior, e.g. first positioning your mouse over a window for Window Under Cursor mode or making a window active for Active Window mode. You do that, then launch Spectacle, and then are frustrated by the fact that it took a full screen screenshot, so you need to manually take another screenshot yourself, so that this second one will respect what the active capture mode already says it is.

I couldn't find an existing bug report about this, so I'm unsure whether this is a bug or a feature, and therefore whether it should be simply changed to respect the last-used capture mode, or if the behavior made a user-configurable option.

Thoughts?
