印度储备银行（RBI）创立了金融科技部，希望进一步关注金融科技领域，并促进金融科技部门的创新，尤其是 CBDC 的研发，以跟上动态变化的金融环境。新部门将由Ajay Kumar Choudhary监督，他被RBI任命为执行董事，将负责金融技术部、风险监测部和检查部。
