中国移动A股上市
站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 1月5日 消息:今日，中国移动在A股上市，开涨9.41%，报每股 63 元，总市值超1.34万亿元。
同时，中国移动港股开涨超5%，报每股50. 75 港元，总市值约达10391亿港元。
据悉，中国移动A股发行价格为57. 58 元/股，股票代码600941。
中国移动本次A股发行的超额配售选择权行使前，所发行A股股份数量为8. 457 亿股，募集资金净额为481. 22 亿元；若本次A股发行的超额配售选择权全额行使，则本次发行A股股份数量为9. 72555 亿股，募集资金净额为553. 50 亿元。
此举成为近 10 年来A股最大IPO项目。
招股书显示，2018 年、2019、2020 年、2021 年上半年，中国移动实现营业收入7368. 19 亿元、7459. 17 亿元、7680. 7 亿元、4436. 47 亿元，净利润分别为1168. 69 亿元、1064. 75 亿元、1081. 34 亿元、591. 86 亿元。
2021 年上半年，中国移动通信服务收入达 3932 亿元，同比增长9.8%。截至 2021 年 6 月末，中国移动移动客户数达9. 46 亿户，5G套餐客户数达2. 51 亿户。移动基站总数超 528 万个，其中5G基站超 50 万个，规模居全球第一。
