深交所向蓝黛科技下发监管函，因其存财务核算不规范问题。

12月27日，深交所向蓝黛科技（002765.SZ）下发监管函，因其存财务核算不规范问题。
公告显示，蓝黛科技因财务核算不规范，导致虚增2020年归母净利润252.62万元，占其2020年经审计净利润的32.72%。
根据2020年财报，蓝黛科技实现营收24.12亿元，同比增长112.26%；实现净利润771.96万元，同比增长105.18%。

蓝黛科技两大主营业务为触控显示屏模组总成与动力传动零部件总成，并逐步发展新能源汽车减速器齿轴与电机轴零部件等业务。
截至12月28日，蓝黛科技收报8.23元/股，涨0.24%，总市值为47.34亿元。
