美国SEC拒绝Valkyrie现货比特币ETF申请
据Decrypt消息，美国SEC周三拒绝了Valkyrie此前提出的现货比特币ETF申请，并提供了过去拒绝其他申请时使用的论据。今日早前消息，SEC同时也拒绝了投资公司Kryptoin关于现货比特币ETF的申请。
据SEC称，NYSE Arca和Cboe BZX Exchange分别提交了关于Valkyrie和Kryptoin产品上市和交易的规则修改提案，但“未能证明他们的提案符合《交易法》第6(b)(5)条的要求。”
SEC表示，这与一项要求特别相关，即国家证券交易所必须“旨在防止欺诈和操纵行为”，并“保护投资者和公众利益”。
