请问如何获取鼠标点击处的程序信息

事情是这样的，这几天我意外发现电脑上有一个奇怪的现象：有时候点到桌面上没反应，后来发现是有一些地方没法点到桌面，看起来好像有一个透明的东西挡住了。
然后刚才恰好更新了一下显卡驱动，这才发现原来桌面上真有一个东西，但是挺奇怪的，用 process explorer 还抓不到，每次点击都只会抓到桌面对应的资源管理器。但是用鼠标点击可以发现是真的有个东西把桌面盖住了。
请问有没有什么办法能找出了这到底是个啥，系统 bug 还是真有什么东西进了我电脑了。图上面的白块就是。
