支付巨头Visa宣布已经完成对Currencycloud的收购。Visa收购Currencycloud的目的是在进行国际支付或以多种货币开展业务时，为两家公司的客户提供透明度、灵活性和控制力。此次收购建立在Currencycloud和Visa之间现有的战略合作伙伴关系之上。Currencycloud基于云的平台已经支持500多家银行和科技客户，覆盖180多个国家，并将继续为整个行业的客户和合作伙伴提供服务和支持。此前报道，Visa在7月初签署收购Currencycloud的最终协议，收购价格为7亿英镑（约合9.5亿美元）。Currencycloud是B2B跨境支付提供商，也与Ripple的金融支付网络RippleNet合作。（PYMNTS.com）
