DNSPod 的 DoH 和路由器冲突

最近在用 DNSPod 的 DoH ，发现解析数量很少（几乎只有 apple 的服务的解析），也没有拦截记录。通过 iOS/macOS 配置文件应用的 DoH ，路由器是高恪系统，iOS WLAN 设置里会提示：

iOS 端经常开 shadowrocket 才能正常加载，dnspod 的屏蔽失效可能因为本地的 adguard 已经屏蔽掉了
