does the blue blinking light ever stop, and if so, does unplugging and replugging bring back a red/yellow/green light?
Blue blinking light appears, but that light is dimmed and tries its best to flash bright light, but it doesn't, the blue led light flashes and disappears for some seconds, and then does the same and the loop keeps going on,, as for display shortage, a guy replaced my display with another one, but nothing changesblue blinking led light indicates that the phone is booting, perhaps your display is shot?
I swapped the batteries and modules but nothing changesIf the battery somehow got discharged too low (it happens to me a few times), then something like this might happen. But in my case at least there appears stuff on the screen so I'm not sure.
Maybe try and externally charge the battery, or measure the voltage first if you can (less than ~3,5v is too low). If that is the problem it can be "jumpstarted" by connecting the +/- terminals to a DC voltage source of about 5-20v for a short while, like ~5s, or just enough to raise the battery voltage to 3,7v+
