意大利家具制造商Calligaris或再次易主，私募基金 Alpha 谋求出售
意大利家具制造商 Calligaris 可能很快就将再次易主。
该公司于2018年被私募基金 Alpha 收购，但后者目前正在考虑将其出售。据传闻称，Alpha将委托一家投资银行进行一项探索性任务，以优化其投资。
在Alpha的控股下，由首席执行官 Stefano Rosa Uliana 领导的 Calligaris集团在过去几年中一直遵循着有机增长和外部收购的战略。最新加入的是9月份完成收购的荷兰设计家具品牌 Fatboy（详见《华丽志》报道：意大利家具制造商 Calligaris 收购荷兰设计家具品牌 Fatboy），而自2019年以来，Calligaris 已经与旗下的Connubia、Ditre 和 Luceplan 品牌展开了合作。
Calligaris 2020年的销售额为1.42亿欧元，较上一年下跌12%，但EBITDA（息税折旧和摊销前利润）为2600万欧元，较上一年增长了6%。
这些传言是否会具体落实还有待观察，但最重要的是，Calligaris集团可能的最终出售价是多少。
2007年法国奢侈品巨头 LVMH 集团通过旗下私募基金 L Capital 收购了 Calligaris 集团 40%的股权，2014年，Calligaris 家族从 L Capital 处回购了 Calligaris 集团 的40%股权，重新掌握了完整的控制权，2018年 Calligaris 集团被私募基金 Alpha 收购。
