12月18日，智联招聘今年推出虚拟形象“小智”，希望通过沉浸式在线直播的方式，打破虚拟世界和现实世界中的结界，与用户一起体验职场元宇宙的未来形态。智联招聘负责人表示：“2021年被业界称为元宇宙元年，尽管尚处于概念初期，但随着入局者增加、技术在迭代中更加成熟，通过打造虚拟现实工作空间，有望帮助企业和职场人更好进行远程协作、开展内容生产。”（中国经营报）
