各位码农大佬下班有空自己学习钻研吗？

譬如说：
学习新语言 C++ -> Rust ；
算法岗的读最新 ICCV ，ICML 的论文；
学习新技巧，譬如 shell scripting ，服务器运维管理；
学习算法，Leetcode 刷题
学习新的 framework （前后端 etc ）
etc

如果下班没有时间精力学习的（例如下班就 11 点了），你们工作时间内能逐渐扩展提升自己的技能树吗（而不是已经学会的东西提升熟练度）

还是基本上就是在更加熟练地搬同样的砖呢？这样时间长了会不会导致职业安全性降低？
