私募股权投资公司 Clearlake Capital Group 宣布以约2.59亿美元的价格，向天然有机食品制造商 Hain Celestial Group，Inc. 出售 Proven Brands, Inc. 和食品制造商 KTB Foods Inc。此次出售包括 Proven Brands 旗下的奶酪脆品牌 ParmCrisps 和曲奇饼干品牌 ThinstersBetter ，Proven Brands（商业名称为 That’s How We Roll）隶属于 Clearlake 旗下食品投资平台 Better For You Holdings，该平台旨在支持健康零食和饮料品牌的领先供应商。
