工程机械股亦走强，中国重汽飙升20.67%，中联重科涨近6%。
中央经济工作会议12月8日至10日在北京举行。会议提出适度超前开展基础设施投资。
在周末召开的2021-2022中国经济年会上，中央财经委员会办公室副主任韩文秀对中央经济工作会议作出解读，韩文秀表示，要适度超前进行基础设施建设，在减污、降碳、新能源、新技术、新产业集群等领域加大投入，既扩大短期需求，又增强长期动能。前阶段一些地方发生燃气管道爆炸事故，要加强城市地下管网的排查和改造，建设以人民为中心的里子工程。
