十多年来，阿里巴巴集团一直是中国无可争议的电子商务之王，但最近它的王冠有滑落迹象。大量咄咄逼人的竞争者涌入电商行业，动摇了它的地位。商家和分析师认为，字节跳动旗下的抖音是直播电商领域的佼佼者，而在纳斯达克上市的拼多多在农村和廉价电商领域占据了领先地位。据一位直接了解情况的公司消息人士透露，抖音今年的目标是成交总额(GMV)突破 1 万亿元。这是它去年预期收入 1500 亿元的六倍多。根据咨询公司Questmobile，抖音用户 10 月花在该平台商户上的时间平均为 1871 分钟，而花在淘宝上的时间只有 350 分钟。
