5 ipfs文件上传后，可以通过localhost访问，却不能通过ipfs网关访问。
如题。我下载了ipfs并用命令行成功add了一个txt文件，使用localhost:8080/ipfs/Qmxxxxxxx的形式可以正常访问，但用https://ipfs.io/ipfs/Qmxxxxxx无法访问。
不仅如此，本社区内列举的案例（比如深入浅出区块链博客）也无法访问，等于是ipfs网关完全不能使用。
该打开的代理都打开了，谷歌可正常使用。
