站长之家（ChinaZ.com）11月29日 消息:今日，微博在港交所公告称，将通过香港IPO全球发售1100万股股份（包括550万股新股份及550万股销售股份），另有15%超额配股权;
同时，微博还在公告中表示，计划11月29日至12月2日招股，预期定价日为12月2日，公开发售价将不会超过每股香港发售股份388港元，预计A类普通股将于12月8日正式开始在港交所买卖。
11月18日，微博通过港交所上市聆讯。
数据显示，2018-2020微博营收分别为17.18亿美元、17.67亿美元、16.90亿美元。2021年第三季度微博营收达6.07亿美元，同比增长30%。
用户数方面，2021年9月，微博月活跃用户数达5.73亿，来自移动端比例达到94%;日活跃用户数达到2.48亿。
