Android 系统的 WebView 错误更新，致使大量应用崩溃，有没有不需要用户卸载更新system webview 的解决办法？

2021 年 三月份 的时候 大量Android 11 的用户 System WebView 崩溃，Google 就针对此次应用大规模崩溃问题发布了的永久修复程序。它涉及将 Android System WebView 和 Chrome 更新到最新版本 89.0.4389.105：
- 进入 Google Play 应用商店；
- 搜索 Android System WebView；
- 选择“更新”；
- 对 Google Chrome 重复上述步骤。
但国内很多用户的system webview有缓存，必须要卸载更新才能解决，，我自己测试未复现问题 只能通过反馈用户 了解， 尝试替换为X5 内核 ，但用户反馈问题依然存在，请教大家有其他的解决办法吗？不需要一一回复用户卸载更新System webview的解决办法。
