凯雷集团收购韩国咖啡连锁运营商 A Twosome Place
美国私募基金凯雷集团（Carlyle Group）从私募基金 Anchor Equity Partners 手中收购了韩国咖啡连锁运营商A Twosome Place。交易价格尚未披露，但据韩国媒体报道称这笔交易价值约为 8000亿韩元（约合43亿元人民币）。
凯雷集团表示，已与 Anchor 达成收购 A Twosome Place 的最终协议。凯雷集团将利用其在消费者和零售行业的专业知识、全球网络和资源，进一步强化 A Twosome Place 的品牌，优化门店布局，并提高其产品供应和营销能力。
