Information about Connect
Here you'll find an overview of our new Connect subscription service, a detailed description of the different plans, and a step-by-step guide on how to subscribe.

Connect gives you access to all our greatest features. It’s an ever-expanding universe of powerful tools for your paper tablet, designed to help you focus, collaborate, and work.
Connect is a subscription service that allows you to choose the features that are right for you and your workflow, so that you only pay for the software tools that you need.
There are two different plans to choose from:
You can also opt-out of a subscription by selecting ‘No Plan’ if you only need basic note-taking features. These include templates, transferring files, annotating PDFs and more.
How do I subscribe?
New customers who purchased a reMarkable paper tablet after October 12, 2021, will be able to subscribe when placing an order in our webshop.
By choosing Connect, you'll be given a $100 discount on your device, and offered up to $50 off on our premium accessories.

Connect Lite
Connect Lite gives you access to a limited set of features. You can backup and sync all your notes and documents in the cloud, but won’t unlock the full potential of your paper tablet.

No Plan
You don’t need a subscription to enjoy better thinking with a reMarkable paper tablet. For customers who don’t want a monthly plan right now, this option gives you just the basics.
That means you’ll have access to our core note-taking features. So you can still keep your notes organized, write with different tools and templates, annotate PDFs, sketch, and read without any distractions.
You'll also be able to download our companion apps, import files, and use our Read on reMarkable feature. However, you’ll have limited access to our cloud storage service through our mobile and desktop apps. Your notes will always be stored locally on your paper tablet, but any files left unopened for 50 days will no longer sync or update on your other devices.
