碳链价值APP讯，工业和信息化部近日印发《“十四五”信息通信行业发展规划》，其中发展目标指出，到2025年算力水平大幅提升，人工智能、区块链等设施服务能力显著增强。推进基于联盟链的区块链公共基础设施网络建设，为开发者提供统一的区块链运行环境和底层技术服务。构建基于分布式标识的区块链基础设施，支持 同构链和异构链的跨链互通，提升区块链系统间的互联互通 能力。支持云化部署的通用型和专用型区块链公共服务平台建设，布局区块链即服务（BaaS）云服务平台。
