两个 16G 内存，win 上面能识别，WSL 只能识别 16G

因为用的是虚拟机，默认最大内存是主机的一半

你这个是 wsl2,它是就是一个定制版虚拟机，你看到的硬件就是虚拟机的，wsl 就看的到全部内存了。
