今天主要是晚上组织了一个银星杯的讲座，也是对以后组织活动的一点经验。
- 最开始联系老师的时候，尽量能够要到老师更及时的联系方式比如 微信 。如果老师到得不及时或者有其他突发的情况，方便与老师取得联系。
- 该沟通的沟通好，时间，见面地点 ，流程 ，预期时间 ，设备需求
- 话筒无论什么时候拿都要注意 QAQ 电池！电池！
- 早定 地点 ，这次地点的审批比想象的要慢 QAQ 虽然是这次审批太慢了 早点和辅导员联系场地
- “接老师” 问清在哪里接 QAQ
- 记得审一下稿子
- PPT 操控笔别忘了拿
