4年java传统项目开发经验，如何在北京入行区块链开发？
如题，简单说下我的情况，大龄，坐标北京，有js，java，spring之类的常用框架4年使用经验，没用过go，solidity，有投资加密货币，了解一点密码学(看了<码书>)，正在看<精通比特币>，这两天应该就能看完；
前两天往这个方向投了点简历，但大多都石沉大海，请问我需要做哪些准备才能进入区块链领域？应该选择哪个方向比较合适呢(公链，联盟链，合约、钱包、量化套利等)？有点迷茫...望各位从业大佬指点一二，谢谢！
