碳链价值APP讯，中国人民银行10月26日起陆续发行冬奥会纪念币共12枚，包括金银纪念币一套10枚，铜合金纪念币一套2枚（包括冰上运动项目和雪上运动项目纪念币各1枚），发行数量为2亿套。从11月18日起，冬奥币开始兑换。据悉，兑换时除了使用现金、工行卡、存折之外，上海、北京、深圳、大连、西安、成都等地区还支持使用数字人民币进行兑换。
