Something I think has a lot of potential for notebooks is environment setup on local dev environment. Since you can mix power shell and c# much better than having some bat/cmd file you are not really sure what is doing or why it failed. Sure there are dev containers but there is still a bunch of stuff you need to do like seedling the database.
