私募股权投资公司Center Lane Partners旗下的一站式电子商务平台 Zenfolio 宣布已收购 Format。
Zenfolio 创立于2006年，致力于为摄影师提供商业解决方案。而Format创立于2010年，是一个位于加拿大多伦多的网站建设平台，供世界各地的专业摄影师和艺术家使用。二者都提供软件即服务 (Software as a Service，简称SaaS) 业务解决方案。此次合作将利用各自品牌和互补优势，为摄影师和艺术家提供最全面的服务。
