逾770人已加入新加坡“公民译者”计划
邀请志愿者为官方翻译把关的“民译达”（前称“公民译者”）计划自今年1月推出以来，已有超过770名公众报名加入，协助提升政府宣传文件翻译水准。
据《联合早报》报道，新加坡翻译委员会本月为“民译达”计划推出一套新的认证与培训框架，通过颁发电子证书、礼券和培训补贴，肯定民译达译者（Citizen Translators，以下简称译者）的贡献，并帮助他们提高翻译能力。
此外，所有译者将在明年3月前获得官方邀请，在正式推出前率先使用政府翻译网络平台“共创新译”（SG Translate Together）。
来自社会各界的译者既有媒体从业员、教育工作者，也有在校学生和退休人士。他们当中有约660人擅长中英翻译，另有60人和50人主攻马来文和淡米尔文翻译。
